The Challenge
Appleās brand is pristine, but their partner environments (Best Buy, Target, Telcoms) were chaotic. "Big Brand" standards don't always fit into tight retail footprints or partner budgets. The premium Apple experience was getting lost in translation.

We stopped trying to force a flagship Apple Store into a corner shelf and instead focused on the "Consumer Handshake"āstreamlining fixtures, clarifying communication, and training staff to embody the brand ethos.
